Responding to enquiries can be time-consuming and repetitive with clients asking the same questions on each enquiry.
You now have the opportunity to save the answers to frequently asked questions in your Venue Portal. Then, when the question is asked on an RfP, the system will auto-populate the answers for you - saving you both time and effort!
You also have the option to answer and save your responses whilst responding to an RfP. The system will save the responses to previously unanswered questions and prompt you to go to your Venue Profile to update any already saved.
Global Questions
Simply log into www.myeventschannel.com
Click Venue Profile
Click RfP Responses - the first tab is Global Questions
Update your responses as required - click Save
To amend your saved answers simply click on the pencil icon next to the question - click Save
Completed sections will be shown in blue and those with outstanding questions, in red.
If the question does not apply to your venue you can select Decline to Answer.
Client Questions
Then select the Client Questions tab at the top of the page.
These questions are provided by the specific client as they may have their questions. For example, Calder questions will only apply to Calder enquiries.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the questions for each client.
Completed sections will be shown in blue and those with outstanding questions, in red.
If the question does not apply to your venue you can select Decline to Answer.
Please note when updating answers to multiple venues, all saved answers, not just the ones you’ve updated this time, will be overwritten to your other venues. The best thing is to update the standard answers that apply to all your venues first, then answer the questions relevant to a specific venue afterwards.
