Using venuedirectory.com

This is a quick guide on how to submit an enquiry for an event on venuedirectory.com.

On the homepage, use the search bar to help you filter your venue search by adding a location or venue, selecting the date and time and adding the number of guests.

After clicking Go or pressing enter on your keyboard you will see the list of venues based on the criteria you entered.

You can use the left-hand side menu to narrow your search. You can choose many different filters to apply to your search such as Instant Book venues and Green accredited venues.

Select all the venues you are interested in by clicking on Add to list.

Go to your basket on the top right-hand side and click on “Review Your Enquiry”.

Fill out the enquiry form and add as many details as possible.

Please, note that the mandatory fields must be completed, and they are identified by a red asterisk.

Scroll up the page and on the right-hand side, you will have to agree to the Terms & Conditions.

The next step is to log in to be able to submit the enquiry.

If you haven’t registered, click Register and fill out the registration form.

The information you've entered has been saved. 

Once you log in, you will get a pop-up confirming that you can send your enquiry.

At this stage, at the bottom of the enquiry form, you must add or confirm your phone number and enter the name of the company you are creating this enquiry for.

You can also indicate if the enquiry is for personal use rather than for your company.

Scroll back up again, make sure that the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" option is selected and click on Send Your Enquiry to Us.

On your screen, you will be able to see the reference number of your enquiry and you will also receive an email confirming that the enquiry has been submitted.

One of our venue teams will process your enquiry and update you via the email address you registered with.
