How do I add a video to my listing?

Only Full Listings can have a video uploaded

Our team can upload a video to your venuedirectory.com Full Listing, however, before we can do this the video must include our logo in the top left-hand corner of the video.


If you would like a video uploaded to your listing please send us the video via a Wetransfer link to venuesupport@venuedirectory.com. Please include in your email your venue listing name, address, and which option you would like from the below. 


Option 1 - If you are able to add the logo yourself then we can upload the video to your listing(s) for FREE. If you would like this option please send us your video via a Wetransfer link before adding our logo as our team will need to view and approve your video before it is uploaded. Once it is approved we will send you our logo to use and once you have added the logo to the video send the video back to us. Please note it may take approximately two weeks for our team to have this uploaded to your listing.


Option 2 - Our team can add the logo for you although we currently charge £165 +VAT for this. If you would like this option please send us your video via a Wetransfer link, confirm your venue name, and that you would like our team to add our logo for you. Once the logo has been added by our team, we will be able to upload your video to your listing(s) - This can take approximately two weeks to complete.
