The number of conference rooms you have set up is not equal to your total number of rooms available

On the Venue Home page,you may see a profile alert pop up that says 'The number of conference rooms you have set up is not equal to your total number of rooms available'

When this happens, you can either click on the text, or go to the Conference Rooms tab on the left

You would need to make sure that the number of rooms listed on the Rooms page, matches the number of 'Total Meeting Rooms' in the Overall Capacities section.

Once this has been amended and the number of rooms match the number of total meeting rooms, the alert will disappear from the Venue Home page.
