This help document will explain the reports section within www.myeventschannel.com and give an overview of what each report does.
The reports package is available to venues as part of the upgrade process from a Basic Listing to an Enhanced Listing. Access to the reports package is given mainly to Venue Managers or Venue Group Managers, although access can be given to Venue Users or Venue Administrators provided authorisation is sent to our Venue Support Team by the Super Admin for the venue.
To access the reports section you must log in to www.myeventschannel.com using your e-mail address and password. From the Dashboard, navigate to the "Reports" tab.
If you are unable to see the reports section when you log in or the reports section is greyed out and you require access, please contact our team at venuesupport@venuedirectory.com.
We offer several different reports - please read below to find an explanation of each report.
