Venue Performance Reports

Modified on Tue, 5 Mar, 2024 at 10:31 AM

Only eligible users will have access to our full range of reports for fully listed venues within www.myeventschannel.com.

There is a selection of reports available, all have filters to enable the user to view reports by status, various date ranges, created or arrival, source (agent) and for a Venue Group Manager, for all of their venues or by a specific venue.

The reports are always updated at midnight which means your report will not include new bookings or updates made after midnight the previous night.

If you cannot see the reports when you log in or the reports section is greyed out and you need access then please contact our team - Venuesupport@venuedirectory.com for access.

Venue Performance Full Report

This displays, at the enquiry reference level, how the venue has performed in responding to enquiries. You can view if the venue responded on time, responded after the deadline or failed to respond at all.

A summary of all enquiries is displayed at the bottom of the page, including Average Response Time, Longest Response Time and any enquiries where there was no response.

You can run this by your venue or a specific venue, all agents or specific agents, created or arrival date and finally the date range.

You will also see a key on the report which will show which enquiries were responded to on time, late or did not respond at all.

The timer starts at 8 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday.

If the agent has converted or closed the booking before the deadline, it will also show a status of 'Closed before SLA' (Service Level Agreement)

Venue Performance Summary Report - This provides the same information as the Venue Performance Full Report but at the venue level rather than the enquiry reference level. A summary of the Total Enquiries received is displayed together with the Enquiry Types.
