Viewing Commission Claims

Modified on Fri, 1 Dec, 2023 at 4:52 PM

Venues will receive commission claims from agents once an enquiry has been completed.  The accounts email address at the venue will receive an email detailing the commission due to be paid.

To View commission claims:

Log in to www.myeventschannel.com

From your dashboard - you will see a section “CLAIMS”

The volume of outstanding claims will be displayed in red above the “CLAIMS” button.

Select “CLAIMS”

You will see a drop-down list of the most recent claims and you can select from the list or select “View My Claims” to view all of them.

Selecting an Individual Claim:

Once you click on the claim you will see a copy of the Enquiry Booking details

Clicking on CLAIMS will take you back to the claims list or use the buttons on the top left to navigate to other areas of your profile.

Viewing Multiple Claims:

Select “View my Claims”

You can now filter your claims by venue (if your profile allows), by claim date, and by agent, or simply choose to view all of the claims based on the default settings, all venues, all agents, and the current month’s data.

Once you have selected the information you require, a list of claims is displayed.

There are 2 claim statuses.

  1. Paid - will appear in black with a hover-over button advising the Claim is Paid

2) Unpaid - will appear in red with a hover-over button advising the Claim is Due

Where a claim is overdue, the account email address at the venue will receive an email advising the claim is overdue for payment.

You have the facility to search for a claim - the system will search for claims within the filter criteria entered.

You can also choose how many records you wish to be displayed on the page.

Clicking the Search button at the end of each claim will display the specific claim information.
